  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Timeframes

We provide Free Standard Shipping on all products. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • United States, Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Asia & Australia: 10–18 business days
  • Rest of the World: 12–21 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control.


3. Tracking Your Order

  • Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your shipment in real-time.
  • Tracking details are typically available 24–48 hours after your package has been shipped.
  • You can track your order directly through our website or the carrier’s website.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • We cover all standard shipping costs, but please note that customs duties, import taxes, or fees (if applicable in your country) remain the responsibility of the customer.
  • Dealsresell.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

5. Delivery Issues

We aim to deliver every order on time. However, if problems occur:

  • Incorrect Address: Customers must ensure their shipping information is correct. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional reshipping fees.
  • Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at support@deal-resells.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a package is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, we may refund the order (excluding any customs/tax fees) or resend it after new arrangements.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • After this period, the order will already be in processing and cannot be modified.
